Bottle Free!

We are finally rid of bottles and formula! We first tried milk with them a couple of days after their birthday and they were having NONE of it! Not in a sippy, not out of a cup, and not in their bottle (which was just morning and night). So of course I was fretting because I didn't want them to have to be on any "special" milk. So we started mixing it in to their bottles a few ounces at a time. Since Memorial Day weekend they have been on 100% mild in their bottles. I decided to wait a week and let them settle into the all milk thing before I tackled the bottles. Yesterday morning I gave them milk in their sippys and they kind of played with them a little but then drank quite a bit of it. So I am pretty confident at this point, but then last night was a different story. Marshall wouldn't touch it last night, but Presley drank about half. This morning they weren't interested in sitting with their sippys, so they walked around drinking them at the same time. I've only offered them milk in their sippys today (usually they have water) and it's going okay, but it could be better. I know it will take a couple of days, but I am SO SO SO happy to be done washing bottles and having the drying racks on my counter!
