Miscellaneous

Sorry I have been slacking in the blog department! Lots to talk about so here goes...

1. Outings-we have taken the babies out several times, and I have done a few solo outings too! We have gone to dinner twice, had a play date, taken lots of morning walks, gone to Target, Babies R Us, a birthday party, all kinds of fun things. I just told myself to stop hesitating, and bite the bullet and go out alone. As long as you time it right with feedings, it's not hard. However you can't do short tasks, like get the cleaning or pick up a prescription. I don't want to lug the babies into the grocery store with the stroller for two minutes. When we do go out, the babies get looks and comments, but I do too! Our first outing with the babies we went to dinner. We sat next to two couples who had children under the age of 1. She said, "Oh my gosh YOU had twins!" Don't think for one second that I didn't let her believe I carried those babies! It depends on the situation, whether or not I tell people. The other day in Babies R Us two separate women came up to me asking about the twins, and myself. In that scenario, I told them. It's kind of fun letting people think I can be this thin after having twins...heck, my surrogate is back to her pre-pregnancy weight already so it's possible!

2. My new perfume..Eau de Formula. I can't say it would sell really well, since it's not the nicest smelling thing in the world. Marshall spits up constantly and Presley has started to as well, just not as much. Most of the time at home Marshall is naked (in a diaper only) because I don't feel like changing his outfit 5 times a day. My uniform is a t-shirt and shorts, and my college sorority shirts have come out of hiding...I knew there was a reason I kept them!

3. They are getting stronger and stronger every day. They can't hold their neck up, but can for short little spirts when we have them close to our chest.

4. Our first road trip is coming up. We are headed down to my parents' house for the Fourth of July. I am ready for some relaxation by the pool, but it looks like it is going to rain. Boo!

5. Kyle's daughter Carter got here yesterday, and she has been such a big help already! She is here for three weeks so we are excited!

Okay here is what all you want anyway, you could care less what I write...PICTURES!
