Ten months on the 10th!

Wow...is all I can say. Presley and Marshall are turning into toddlers right before my eyes! They are both "regular" crawling now, and still love to stand and walk around furniture. They also love to walk, holding your hands of course! They also have both been able to stand alone for a few seconds. In the past weeks they have tried egg yolks, tuna, red pepper, squash (non baby food kind), pears, manderin oranges, watermelon, lima beans, and nutrigrain bars (which they loved, but will definitely be a treat). They are getting so big! The other day at Wal Mart, a lady asked me if they were a year old and was VERY surprised when I told her, no only ten months! Their new favorite thing is to push the kitchen chairs around. This is quite entertaining apparently, and when they join forces...it is constant laughing! They are both still taking 3 naps a day. If they slept longer during their naps, I'm sure they could be at two, but whatever. I just go with their flow and try not to worry about too much. M and P both say mama, dada, ba (whatever that is), and Presley says yeah...but I don't think she is intentionally saying a word! However they both "talk" all the time, and to each other which is too cute! Marshall also loves to sing, especially in the car and while in the stroller. Right now the only words he sings are "dada" and "lala" but it is so sweet to hear.

Presley: her hair has grown alot this past month and she still has blue eyes. She has two bottom teeth and is getting one on top. She is happy, giggly, quirky, independent, and loves making weird noises to make her brother laugh. She was not a fan of the egg yolk, and lately has gotten picky about eating. Foods that she used to love she has backed off of some of them. She still isn't napping stupendously, but in the past couple of weeks she has had more 1.5 hour naps. However the next day she will go right back to three 45 minute naps! She is wearing mostly 18 month stuff, but still 12 month pants. She shakes her head no when she doesn't want something, and waves hi.

Marshall: still belly laughs all the time and it makes my day when he does! He eats pretty much everything...LOVED the egg yolk. Seriously, he couldn't get enough of it! He is taking longer naps, yay! Marshall still doesn't have a lot of hair, but it's slowly growing and his eyes are still hazel. He adores his sister and has become quite the bully sometimes...pulling her hair, grabbing her shirt...all out of love of course. :) He has four top teeth and two on the bottom. He thinks his teeth are pretty cool, I guess, because he grands them together and it makes a clicking sound that makes me cringe! He is also the "fair police". He makes sure that they get the same amount of play time in the bath, the same amount of food, and the same food for that matter. If I give her something on her tray that he doesn't have yet, look out! Kyle and I are looking forward to the day when they can communicate what they want. Right now wining is his form of communication. :)

I'm sure I left out some stuff, but I've written this post over the course of two days. Not a lot of free time with these two! What you see in pictures is really how happy they are in real life too. People tell me all the time what happy babies I have, and that makes me smile. :)
