Posting videos help

Does anybody have any helpful hints for posting videos? It takes either FOREVER or it won't let me load them AT ALL! I have some really cute videos of the kids that I have wanted to post for a while, but it doesn't work. Help!?!?

    I always upload my videos to You Tube first? I've never done it any other way. Is that what you are doing?

    I don't know how I missed this post, but, I always upload them to You Tube otherwise it takes forever and the quality is poor...
